Mark Child resigned from the board of directors of Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (TSX: BNKR; OTCQB: BHLL) effective June 20, 2026, less than two months after his appointment in May 2026.

The company is advancing the restart of the historic Bunker Hill Mine in Idaho’s Coeur d’Alene mining district, a silver, zinc and lead deposit.
