Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSXV: RYR) announced a brokered offering under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption of up to 50,000,000 ordinary shares at C$0.20 per share for gross proceeds of up to C$10,000,000.
SCP Resource Finance LP and Raymond James Ltd. are co-lead agents on a 6% commission. The offering is expected to close on or about July 28, 2026. Rio2 Limited is expected to participate to maintain its 15% strategic stake.
