Safi Silver Corp. (TSXV: SF) applied to the TSX Venture Exchange on June 30, 2026 to extend the expiry of 2,500,000 common share purchase warrants from July 12, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
The warrants carry an exercise price of $1.50 per share, subject to a repricing approval. Safi Silver is a silver exploration company.
